Terms of use

Last updated 22 October 2026

Plain terms for a to-do app. By using Chitly you agree to them.

The app

Chitly is provided by Sarvar Juraev, [Country]. You get it from Apple’s App Store, and Apple’s standard licence (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) applies alongside these terms.

Your content

What you write and attach in Chitly is yours. We store it only to run the app for you (see the privacy policy) and claim no rights to it.

Don’t use Chitly for anything illegal, and don’t attach files you have no right to share.

Accounts and teams

An account is optional. Keep your Apple or Google sign-in safe: whoever can sign in as you can see your lists.

A team’s owner and admins decide who is in it. Everything in a team’s lists is visible to all its members. If you leave or are removed, the team keeps its tasks.

Attachments

Attachments are made smaller when added (photos to 2048 px, videos to 720p), are limited to 50 MB each, and are removed 24 hours after their task is done. Keep your own copy of anything you need.

No guarantees

We work to keep Chitly running and your data safe, but the app is provided as is. Reminders depend on iOS and your notification settings; don’t rely on Chitly alone for anything critical.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for lost data beyond what you paid for the app.

Ending

You can stop using Chitly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. When they change, the new version appears here with a new date.
